Chicken rogan josh with rice and nan,

Mushroom pappardelle and a side salad last night.

Fish finger sandwiches chips & salad tonight.

Tuna pasta bake yesterday, this evening we're having steak pie, chips, peas and gravy.

Danny I had fishfinger sandwiches with mayo and lettuce yesterday afternoon.

Yesterday was lemon baked cod with roast british asparagus and, pea, green bean, mange tout, asparagus risotto.
Tonight is frozen chicken curry.

Tartar sauce for me Bren

Not sure why but I've never tasted Tartar Sauce,  looking at the ingredients  I like  everything that goes into making it.
Wil have to give it a go.

Chipper take away tonight- Doner Kebab with chips 3>

Yellowfin Sole fillets with garlic and a rather yummy made up salad.

 Romaine lettuce,apple,prunes,avocado,Blue Stilton,tomato,yellow pepper and red onion with an olive oik and Apple cider vinegar vinaigrette. Its not very often I go back for seconds of salad but I did this time and scoffed the lot!

BBQ tonight . A proper one outside and everything.
