Stir fried chicken breast with black bean sauce, and noodles for me and rice for the wife. I put some of my chillies in th3 stir fry and also some pinches of my lemonella chilli powder. Wow was it spicy.

Very nice it was to. The difference was the other ingredients for the pie being a bubble & squeak mix left over from christmas

A good way to use up leftovers   

This evening we're  having Tortellini Minestrone with a slice or 2 of sourdough.

Corned beef and potato pie made with two onions to give added juiciness  

Served with mixed beans in a spicy sauce..

Fish cakes, chips, and mushy peas. Probably a salad as well

Homemade oatcakes (Staffordshire, not Scottish) with cheese for lunch.
Tonight is a bit weird. Cajun pheasant pizza wrap.

Donor kebab and chips - Friday night rugby takeaway

Chicken curry rice nan/chapati

King prawn satay with noodles, wife is having Dublin coddle

Our usual Saturday night tagliatelle, Bol, garlic bread and a glass of red.
