This evening a Sausage casserole, paprika, parsnips, carrots mushrooms, then some frozen veg, JA's, runners, beans, peas and toms.

Smoked Basa topped with poached egg, probably with mash and loads of veg.

Last night we had a mixed grill - sauce rasher white pudding mushrooms curly fries tomato

Very lazy tea of brought pizza. Pudding is homemade rhubarb crumble muffins.

Stir fry noodles with prawns chicken char saiu and beef with bamboo shoots carrots onions pineapple and water chestnuts. I love the crunch of water chestnuts

Leftover roast for me tonight, the rest are heading back to London

I have been googling what to do with leftover roast beef from yesterday and came up with a simple recipe for beef fried rice. I'll give it a go as I already have frozen Sunday roast in the freezer and don't want to add any more. https://daisiesandpie.co.uk/really-quick...ried-rice/
