Stilton Burgers with a garden salad including the last of my cucs.

I'll be baking the rolls this morning and a few scones for this afternoon.
Made too much Mediterranean chicken and turkey last night with mash. Guess what we will be having at sometime today! Big Grin

I love fish finger sandwiches I eat mine with topped with lettuce and mayo.

What do others have on theirs ?

I don’t eat fish fingers
Never had a fish finger sandwich. Breaded anything, chips and bread in the same meal a little bit too much carbohydrate for me. Not saying I wouldn't love it, just that the waistline would increase too much. It's an endless struggle Sad
Found a Saag Aloo in the freezer just a small portion so I'm making a chick pea curry to go with it along with garlic naan breads and pickles.
