It was lovely. Definitely be making that again.

Stir fried prawns and scallops with veg in an oyster and spring onion sauce.

Nothing home grown at our dinner table tonight, but I did home made crispy pork with cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce in Asian wraps with salt and pepper wedges. Scrummy.

Tuna, pasta and courgette bake using My courgettes, Toms and herbs.
