My mouth's watering! Mushrooms on the shopping list

Bubble & squeak with the last of the lamb. Followed by meringue & boost ice cream ( neighbours handy work, not mine ).

Friday night take away - prawn toast, beef curry and rice

Courgetti, Meatballs, and trusty side salad

Boiled bacon, Cavolo Nero and steamed baby new potatoes

Last night was beef short rib with vegetable fried rice.
Don’t know what tonight is going to be yet.

Yesterday was tagliatelle, Bol, garlic bread, Parmesan and pesto.

This evening it’s rosemary and garlic roast lamb, mixed roast veg along with kale and peas.

I made this morning for dinner this afternoon for our friends coming for dinner. Lamb massaman curry with homegrown onions, peas, and baby potatoes served with boiled rice and Peshawari nans followed by trifle which our guests said they would bring. Shop bought in Aldi NOT homemade     

Salmon, broccoli & pasta in a cream sauce.
