Curry night!
Pumpkin podimas, sour tomatillo curry, aubergine with whole spices, dal & naan.
The first and probably last melon of the year.
Chilli con carne with boiled rice
Corned beef hash, with poached eggs and roasted toms.
Chips, egg & beans
Friday night take away- crispy prawn satay and rice and a few bottles of Magners light to wash it down with.
Trout fillets, sautéed spuds and a kind of salsa from courgettes, red and yellow pepper, tomatoes, shallots, chillies, lemon juice, sugar, salt and Thai basil.
Roast Chicken today with 5 lots of veg from the plotSmile

Last night had Lamb burgers with chips and salad. Burgers were topped with fried shredded courgettes, sort of onion effectSmile
Salmon lasagna this evening. Made with home smoked salmon. Adding some broccoli florets as well.

Garlic rosemary lamb, with roasted veg and green beans.
Last night Imam bayaldi, grilled courgette salad, wheat, then chilled rice pud with cherry compot.
Tonight big bowl salad of sausages, spuds, tomatoes, chillies, courgettes, garlic, shallots, parsley, then blackberry, apple & almond torte.
34 degrees so far too hot for the planned toad in the hole!
