Leftover of last nights chilli con carne with homemade chips, followed by rhubarb crumble and light custard.
Tuna steaks marinated in chilli, garlic and soy sauce with pasta and frozen green beans.
Stir fried courgettes, DFB & CFB and mangetout, (all from the little shop) with boiled rice and a tin of Sardines in piripiri sauce.
Boiled bacon, cabbage from the garden and roadside new potatoes
Having take out tonight for a change.
Chippy takeout tonight, first time since lockdown, no trusty salad but loads of mushy peas on the sideSmile

Last night was the once a year Garlic Curry Night! I can't spare the garlic to cook it more often, but it is a delicious Keralan recipe, made with freshly harvested heads. We just have to make sure we're not doing anything too sociable or indoors the next morning!! We also had nan, tarka dal & pumpkin podimas.
