Leftover chicken and rice with added chorizo.

Last two evenings we've had Beef and veg casserole with dumplings.
Using my parsnips, carrots, JA' s, peas and beans.

Belly pork with salad today as when I looked in the cupboard I had no tuna for Tuna Tuesday! Rolleyes

Cheese on toast for us, had veggie omelettes and sourdough at lunch so didn't fancy much.

Today I had Satay stir fry with two 'Chip shop curry chicken Kiev's' bought as a yellow sticker. A cheap and very tasty meal. Cool

Tuna pasta bake and I’ll be adding whatever beans I find in the freezer.

Balti chicken and mushrooms with boiled rice, I cheated and used a jar of balti sauce from Lidl

Cauliflower cheese - made from a yellow sticker cauli, the end of a slab of cheese and some oat milk.
The dogs enjoyed the cauli stump and withered leaves.
