BBQ tonight - lamb chops, spuds and garlic in an ancient metal pot, shallots in foil & baby belle & Clara aubergines halved and grilled.
And some time homebrew after a day doing gîte changeovers ?
Tagliatelle, Bol, garlic bread, pesto and Parmesan with a glass of red.
Shepherdess pie courtesy Two Sheds. She did a lot of bean recipes but they seem to have been wiped now.
Prawn satay with boiled rice and prawn toast
Slow cooker lamb breast, onions, new pots, and courgettes!
Toad in the hole, carrots, charlottes, peas and french beans.
Potatoes cabbage onions and Texas rub sirloin steak from the BBQ with a lovely onion and garlic gravy.
Freshly caught mackerel pan fried with a slice of homemade bread
A pink bookended meal beginning with chilled beetroot & orange soup and finishing with blackberry compot & ice-cream!
Mixed salad of potatoes, tomatoes, fresh shelled pea beans, raw courgettes and merguez sausages in the middle.
Well, yesterday for lunch was cucumber, potato and leek soup. Served hot. I am trying not to sate the cues....it as very good Smile
