Chicken korma, rice & mango chutney all homemade.

Roast chicken breast on the bone Cajun style, carrots peas and roast potatoes

Gammon steak, egg & chips. Quite bizarrely with a radish and carrot salad! The salad really wasn’t very nice. It tasted like soap Wink

Doner kebab and chips

Yesterday cheese on toast,
Today Tagliatelle. bol, garlic bread, parmesan and a glass of red.

Toad in the hole.

Satay and rice

This evening a veggie 'cottage' pie with mushy peas and gravy.

Pasta cooked with mangetout, tomatoes, basil and chunks of cheese melted in.
Homegrown apart from the pasta and cheese. Smile

Roast pork and crackling. I actually found a way to make this work well! Cool
