Had a lovely spicy slow cooked massaman curry followed by rhubarb tart and custard

Groundhog Sunday........

Roast Chicken and the trimmings, leftover chicken will be used tomorrow for Chicken Chorizo rice Smile

We’re having lamb and roasted veg this evening.

Roast stuffed chicken breast n the bone, with roast potatoes, turnip, mixed kale and gravy, finished off with a double espresso and a jam doughnut
