Pie and chips for No.2

Sausage, mash, and onion gravy in a giant yorkie for me and Mrs B Smile

Had steak and onions and mushrooms last night with colcannon.

Tonight it’s lamb massaman curry with rice.

Fishcake and chips.

Ended up making what we call poor mans paella...just chicken and no sea food. Smile

Fish finger sandwich, chips, salad Smile

Turkey steaks and salad

Veggie soup followed by apple crumble and custard.

Mustard greens and chard slow cooked with onion, garlic, ginger and dried chilli, finished with balsamic vinegar, with trout fillets, steamed PSB & sauté spuds.
This really tamed the pokey mustard greens!

Home made cottage pie with three cheeses on top. Cool
