Roast lamb with a small mountain of home grown veggies.

Roast pork in Coca Cola yesterday, Can't say I was impressed. Confused

The previous evening I made a sausage,egg,tatty,onion and cheese pie which was delicious and very filling Cool

Tonight will be sausage, mash and peas, complete with onion gravy made from bolted onions

Orzo paella and the trusty side salad tonight Smile

new potatoes and poached eggs from the organic farm down the road. with onions/garlic/tomato/cabbage/courgette (and mushrooms).

Homemade ciabatta with tomatoes from the GH and mozerlla and sun dried tomato salad. Was lovely with my cold glass of wine Smile

New potatoes cabbage and pea and more of that piece of bacon. That’s 3 dinners for 2 off a piece of bacon for €5 from Tesco great value

Roast beef & Yorkshire pudding with lots of veg.

I think it will be Lebanese pork chops tonight

We had roast chicken thighs, roast new potatoes, and old trusty side salad Smile
