Tuna pasta bake yesterday, this evening we're having steak pie, chips, peas and gravy.
Danny I had fishfinger sandwiches with mayo and lettuce yesterday afternoon.

Tonight is frozen chicken curry.

Geordie living 'ower the watter'

Yellowfin Sole fillets with garlic and a rather yummy made up salad. 
Romaine lettuce,apple,prunes,avocado,Blue Stilton,tomato,yellow pepper and red onion with an olive oik and Apple cider vinegar vinaigrette. Its not very often I go back for seconds of salad but I did this time and scoffed the lot!
