Pork in a sweet soy sauce with veg fried rice

Chilli con carne with boiled rice

Beetroot risotto, caramelized onions and feta. Very, very pink!!

Roasted neighbours figs with goat’s cheese, Parma ham and raw honey.

Didn't fancy much yesterday so had cheese on toast, this evening we're having hot dogs on home made rolls, with a garden salad.

Meatballs and courgette spiralizer bits, again??

Last couple of nights have been
Steak with cauliflower cheese & purple chips
Steamed salmon & pak Choi with pasta in a cheese sauce.

Chicken curry tonight

Omelette with onion and peas in (+mushrooms and cheese), new potatoes and onion,garlic, courgette tomato and African blue basil.

Another new recipe for the mackerel Bob caught this afternoon.
