I've never made corned beef pie, might give it a try.
^^^ ditto, I used to love corn beef and green pickle sandwiches (not sure what the pickles are called, the ones that you get in the chippy)

Dahl curry. One thing I've found is adding a chunk of pumpkin thickens the sauce and adds a bit to the sweetness. Butternut squash does the same with a lot more sweetness, particularly with carrots and tomatoes.

It's nice either warm or the leftovers eaten on a picnic.
Tonight we've had tagliatelle, bol garlic bread and a glass of red.
Roast chicken and the trimmings
Sausage paprika casserole, onions, garlic, mushrooms, sweet peppers, celery, carrots.
Then my parsnips, JA's, bay leaves, with frozen roasted toms, beans, oregano, thyme and peas.
