Had cod last night with new potatoes and broad beans from the plot, new pots were awesomeSmile
Jacket potatoes with a beef and veg stew from the freezer.
Spag bol with garlic bread
Pork & leek sausages, mash , roasted tromboncino & onion gravy
Last nights dinner in Donnelly of Bearna, called Neptune’s Seafood Treasure, it was a crepe pancake filled with fresh salmon, prawns, and cod in a white wine sauce with a hollandaise and gratinated fresh Bread crumbs served with seasonal vegetables and baby boiled potatoes.

Tonight is one of Danny's favourites, boned and rolled slow roast breast of lamb. Stuffed with shallots, rosemary and garlic.
Lamb bhuna, rice, sourdough naan with Indian apple chutney and a yoghurt, cuc mind dip.

Pigeon sounds good, we are getting overrun with them here so may be looking for some recipes soon. They even took a lot of pear fruitlets this spring leaving us with fruit on just 1 tree.

Today's recipe was a Thai curry with plenty of courgettes and green beans.
