Crab Thermidor followed by lemon meringue pie
Stir fry pork loin in a garlic and black bean sauce with onions carrots mushrooms pineapple sesame seeds chilli peas served with rice
The rest of yesterday’s Briam but with pork instead of Stilton this time.
Garden veg stir fry this evening.
Crab linguine with chilli last night
Tonight will be onion bhajis & beef & chicken satay starters
Followed by chicken korma, beef jalfrezi, chicken makhani, with rice or mushroom rice, sides aubergine & tomato curry, saag aloo and naan bread
Followed by mango sorbet
I’ll be in the kitchen all day if you need me!
King prawn satay with boiled rice, should have used more chilli
Tagliatelle, bol, garlic bread, pesto and a glass of red.
Thursday night was fish & chips
Friday night was mackerel with a pasta & tomato thing
Saturday was scampi & chips
Tonight was crab cakes with a sweet chilli dipping sauce. Followed by ice cream.
Today was a steak, potato and mushroom pie with carrots, french beans and some peas out of the freezer.
Did make an apple crumble but was to full so we’ll be having that tomorrow for lunch along with custard.
Last night I made a tarte tatin of aubergines for the first time. I would not recommend it, unless you like your aubergines especially slippery and slimy!!
