I opened a tin of green lentils by mistake so tonight I'm making lentil burgers with a green salad.

Beef phall with rice this evening.

Having cheese on toast just something light so I have room for rice pud.

Mushroom and asparagus pasta with garlic bread and trusty side salad

Bami Goreng (sorry guys, frozen out of a bag) but supplemented with prawns and baby courgettes and courgette flowers and a few leftover veg. I wasn't expecting much but needed something quick, it was surprisingly pleasant.
