It does make a difference if you put them in the fridge before cooking  it stops them falling to bits to much in the pan.

This evening we're having sausage egg and chips, not had that for ages. 
Roast stuffed loin of pork, with stewed apple, carrots, turnips and cabbage with roast potatoes and lots of gravy and parsley sprinkled over.
Tonight we're having the veggie bean cottage pie with mushy peas and gravy.

My only contribution will be the herbs. did cook the mushy peas though.

Chilli con carne (no kidney beansSmile ), with boiled white rice
Donar Kebab meat and salad from the local chippie cos I just fancied it. Rolleyes It wasn't a patch on my home made fried frozen kebab meat  though. Smile
Yet again roast lamb but with Yorkshire pudding tonight.
