Homemade pizza

Going for pork stroganoff tonight.

A tin of French Onion soup in the sauce apparently!

Punjabi chicken buhna with rice and nan.

Pasta with meatball and mushroom ragu and a trusty side salad.

Jacket potatoes, Chilli, green salad and assorted pickles.

Had fish and chips at lunchtime meeting with some colleagues

Chunks of sweet potato, carrot and onions, cooked until soft, added a tin of chilli beans in spicy sauce.............and that's it.
Sometimes I add dried apricots, tomatoes and chick peas and call it Moroccan, but not tonight!

Apricots go well with bacon!  I made another corned beef and potato pie myself with mashed potato and gravy. Oh just can't get enough of my corned beef pies, so I made TWO and stuck tuther in the freezer for another time.(Wink icon but not sure which it is)

Pheasant with a mustard cream sauce, mash & veg

Corned  beef an potato pie is one of my favourites after trying different veg I like it best with mushy peas and onion gravy.
