Today's recipe was chicken and new potato Thai curry, done in a wok.
It was very tasty but I had picked up a tin of low fat coconut milk by mistake which meant it did not thicken enough for me. Lesson learned!
Had a nice leftover chicken stir fry with noodles and plot veg
Reheat of last nights chilli con carne with rice chips and battered onion rings. Chilli was more mature tonight than last night.

I use the low fat coconut milk in my massaman curry which is cooked over 5-6 hours in the slow cooker, it thickens up nicely.
Feeding the neighbours this evening. Because one of them likes crab the other is a snob and only likes white crab meat
. I suggested crab Thermidor would be a good recipe. Turns out I also said I’d cook it

Moroccan meatballs, sauce from yesterday's chunky tomato/veg soup.
JJB I've Not made Moroccan meatballs for ages will have to have it again soon.
This evening its our usual Saturday tagliatelle, bol, pesto, parmesan with garlic bread and a glass of red.
