Asparagus, poached egg & ham on a slice of seeded whole grain toast.
Smoked salmon lettuce avocado and a baked spud! I'm having a no cook night Smile
Not so much a recipe, but I have just scraped a boat load of parsnips and according to Bren I need to roast them first before freezing.

I have boiled them for a short time, put them into collander to drain, and then added them to trays and put them in the oven to roast. They have baking powder and olive oil added. I'll give them half an hour and let them cool overnight then its into the freezer tomorrow. Smile
Beer can chicken, with carrots swede and roast potatoes with beer gravy.
A veggie 'cottage pie' this evening.
Pizza chips and salad
Ribeye steak,Asparagus and salad with pesto, croutons and pearl mozzarella. Smile
Belly pork, chips & mushy peas
Beer can chicken leftovers reheated
Last night was chilli & rice
Tonight was pork & asparagus stir fry.
