Yesterday Liver and onions, with carrots, kale and some frozen french beans.

Today we're having a pasta tuna bake.
The remains of the roast chicken probably in a pie, or fricassée, or dollop with pasta
More Singapore chow mein with satay sauce
Veggie soup - from the garden broad beans, peas, chard, garlic, celery, herbs; from store pumpkin; from the shop onion, spud, carrots, fennel & tomatoes.
Tuesday night equals steak nite. Cool

Lightly grilled rib-eye steak and salad. Can't wait!  Big Grin
Corned beef pie with mushy peas and onion gravy. Going to be baking an egg custard tart at the same time.
Roast pork with the last of our tromboncino, roast spuds and what ever veg I can find in the freezer.
Colcannon from spuds with my own cavolo Nero, my own onions fried, my own carrots with my own parsley and a very nice striploin steak.
We’re out for tea this evening.
Just a light tea last night, cheese and marmalade sandwiches
