Your'e never too old to learn and it was only today that I found out that sausages were named 'Bangers' because of the amount  of water added to them in WW2 which made them explode in the pan. Cry BANG!!!!!! Big Grin Big Grin
Fillet steak, roast spuds, fried onion and mushrooms with gravy
Hot dogs tonight
Toad in the hole with kale, carrots, runners and peas. Might roast some potatoes and parsnips.
Thai red chicken curry
But I’d much rather be at the bosses or Bren’s house for tea. ( 2 of my favourite meals ).
Had roast chicken potatoes courgette beans and beetroot last night.

Beetroot was frozen from the plot, turned out very niceSmile
Baked trout with Briam.
Trying this this evening. Using the last of the homegrown spuds. Everything else is homegrown as well. Will let you know what it’s like.
