Full English day today with fried courgettes and Avocado added to the usual suspects. Cool
It’s Saturday night takeaway - Chinese - prawn toast followed by chicken balls with curry sauce and boiled rice washed down with a few beers.
Corned beef pie with mushy peas and onion gravy for this evening.

I made that last night for all the girls that my partner's daughter had over for her birthday. It was bloody lovely - the pork was made as char siu but with no red food colouring - really nice. I also made bang bang sauce to go with it, which is a bit more vinegary and more spice. Served with rice, chargrilled peppers and onions. Lovely Smile
Chicken satay with rice and peas
Last few days we've had, veggie tart charlottes with salad. a Briam, Tuna pasta bake then last night fish chips an peas from the chippy.
This evening our usual tagliatelle, bol, garlic bread, pesto and a glass of red.
Roast stuffed pork loin with roasties, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, and gravy.

We added some kale and some Yorkshire puds especially for my grandsons and me  Big Grin
