Asparagus and lardon quiche today with some potatoes and salad.
Today it’s BBQ striploin steak with new potatoes roast wedges, cabbage and kale mix, baby carrots with gravy and a nice bottle of Saint Emilion Grand Crú
Very boring roast reheat. Very exciting rhubarb & vanilla cake for pudding.
Yesterday we had slow cooked wild boar stew; revenge is best slow cooked Smile
Tonight a make it up as you go along shakshouka style eggs - refried beans, tomato sauce, left over red cabbage curry layered up in a sauté pan and eggs baked in hollows, with bread.
Ribolitta with sourdough. its basically a veg, bean and kale soup very tasty.

Chillie cups and fried potatoes
Chilli with jacket potatoes and salad.
Tinned mackerel on boiled rice with boiled eggs, avocado and brocolli. Smile
Homemade pizza topped with black pudding ( not done that before, it worked lovely) , cheese mozzarella & cheddar, home grown Padron, wild garlic & wild garlic flowers . Flowers put on as soon as it came out the oven. Followed by last of the rhubarb and vanilla cake.
More chilli cups this time with boiled rice, lots of reheated bbq’ed onions and mushrooms
