Roast Chicken and the trimmings, leftover chicken will be used tomorrow for Chicken Chorizo rice and old trusty.
No.2 son is eating the same meal as us 6 days out of 7, never thought I'd live to see it!

Hotdogs, homemade bread rolls, mixed lettuce, land cress spring onions, Toms I’m getting towards the end of them and they will be sadly missed till next year.
Along with assorted pickles and chutney.
As I mentioned yesterday leftover chicken & chorizo rice and old trusty.
Slow cooked beef stew, made sufficient for 2 days dinner. Carrots onions green beans and spuds all from my garden, forgot to get some herbs and it was to late and to wet so I used a bouquet garni tea bag and a shake of dried parsley
Pizza, maybe chips, trusty side salad

Same again this evening. Only difference is I’m having roasted Toms instead of mustard on my hotdogs.
Tuna pasta bake.
My contribution will be the herbs, roasted Toms and peas from the freezer.
