Tuna steaks marinated in soy sauce, chilli, garlic and ginger, with pasta and green beans.

Tonight my friend is cooking again. We’re having duck with a cherry sauce, dauphinois potatoes. Veg yet to be decided ( she’s ridiculously fussy and doesn’t eat most veg and no salad! ). Followed by sticky toffee pudding.
I forgot about the goats cheese starter !
Last night was lamb rendang with boiled rice, tonight was king prawn satay with extra chillies- read Hungarian hot wax in the stir fry with pineapple chunks, served with homegrown Nicola potato chips oven cooked (healthy option).
Last night made Paprika chicken breasts with roasted veg from the plot. Cool
Lunch will be Thai courgetti soup
Tea will be pizza with a choice of toppings, jacket wedges, mixed salad, cucumber salad.
Don’t know what to do for pudding yet.
Roated beetroot with goats cheese and lamb
Having take out this evening for a change.
Pizza chips and trusty side
Home made burgers, jacket oven chips, baked beans and slaw
Egg topped gammon steak, sweet potato mash, kale with cheese sauce, carrots and courgettes.
