Stir fry noodles with prawns chicken char saiu and beef with bamboo shoots carrots onions pineapple and water chestnuts. I love the crunch of water chestnuts
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

I have been googling what to do with leftover roast beef from yesterday and came up with a simple recipe for beef fried rice. I'll give it a go as I already have frozen Sunday roast in the freezer and don't want to add any more. https://daisiesandpie.co.uk/really-quick...ried-rice/
