Vinny how did your pies turn out ?
I slow cooked the steak yesterday and will make the pies sometime today now that the meat and gravy has cooled down. Rolleyes Seems to be a good consistancy for pie filling! Cool
Monday rice and chorizo with leftover chicken
Couldn't have my steak pies today as it is Meatless Monday! Rolleyes I intend making them this evening and eating some tomorrow. Cool

Today was fried Halloumi,fried egs and baked beans. Simple but tasty. Smile
Ham, egg & chips
Another rhubarb & vanilla cake has just come out of the oven, so might have to try some of that as well.

Yorkie pudding tin pies are looking good to meCool Bit of leakage of filling and not the prettiest pies i have ever made but still looking forward to scranning them tomorrow. Big Grin

Sarriss go to an Asian shop and see if you can get a jar of  Mr Yoes Satay sauce, I use this as the base of my chicken satay add some coconut milk, fish sauce, chicken stock pot and loads of hot chillies I also add some pineapple pieces and juice. Stir fry your meat and veg then add to the sauce Makes the best satay ever. Don’t forget some lime zest and a squeeze of lime juice.
