Change of plan. Eggs I was going to make the toad with were left at the last holiday cottage change over I did. Turns out they were all hard boiled! So they’re all in the bin now.

Got a nice bit of brisket reasonably cheaply from Morries yesterday so will slow cook it today and have it with all the usual suspect veg for Sunday dinner.

I'm doing Slow cooker Brisket for the first time today, along with potatoes, parsnips carrots and peas. Going to cook a few Yorkshire puds as well.
Similar prep here. Slow cooker biriyani for the first time with some YS lamb. Not sure how good it'll be as I had to improvise with some of the ingredients.
