If I don't survive, can you pass this recipe to the doctors as a warning please. Big Grin
Since I survived with no adverse effects, I had some more of this - and there's still enough for tomorrow!!
Same again tonight but, sadly, its finished now and I shall have to find something else to eat tomorrow. Big Grin
Veggie, ypu've got me at it now! Rolleyes

Supposed to be meatless Monday today but I had Bacon in fridge with a January date, out of date mushrooms and yellow stickered asparagus.

The chicken legs I get for Kato were out of date today so I cooked up all four in the oven along with the out of date bacon and asparagus. Kato still has a couple of chicken legs to go at but my dinner comprised of, chicken, bacon, mushrooms and asparagus with a  salad. I even managed to cut the black off a couple of tomatoes and had those with it. Rolleyes Quite a tasty meal, and emptied the fridge a tad anyway! Big Grin
Had burger chips salad last night.

Tonight rice chorizo and leftover chicken simmered in a broth. Another carcass for the stock potSmile
