Peppers stuffed with leftover pumpkin curry.
Caramelised onion & thyme tart; broad bean, artichoke & lemon salad. Not enough carbs, today.

A veggie Sunday dinner as we had a huge fat steak yesterday (we do meatie weekends & meat free weeks, normally!) with sautéed spuds and the bean & artichokes thing.

Homemade KFC style chicken & chips

Veggie sausages, green lentils and beetroot and onion salad. (I've been shopping in the freezer today).

Homemade beef burger with onions mushrooms and potatoes and sprouts

Pasta salad with red pepper, broad beans, caramelised onions, garlic, sweetcorn & tuna.

Pancakes with golden syrup and squirty cream
