Just had a lovely Paella with extra mussels, prawns and squid added near the end of cooking! Cool

Decided to do a bit of baking as well, so donned my butchers apron and tried out my two NEW metal pie tins. Rolleyes Corned dog (sorry beef) and tatties and a nother plum and marzipan as I enjoyed the last one so much and the fillings are cheap Smile . With the left over pastry I utilised my yorkie tin and made six little tarts, two strawberry jam,two lime marmalade and two blackcurrant jam. The blackcurrant and strawberry jam I made in 2020 and its as good as the day I made it! Cool
2nd batch is still in the oven now, and as I am going fishing tomorrow, guess what I will be taking to eat al-fresco! Big Grin
Boiled ham steamed carrots and potatoes. I’m really getting fed up with these tasteless Roosters, can’t wait to try my first earlies at the end of June.

Any curry spice or a dash of tabasco/Worcestershire sauce maybe?

I had Yellow sticker Plaice fillet with wonky chips.
Cheesy hotdog wraps with pasta mushrooms and Stilton.
Chilli & rice. Made with finely diced beef instead of mince.
Cheesy hot dog wraps again but with mixed lettuce, land cress, radishes, chives and pickles.
The other Yellow sticker plaice fillet with a courgette (homegrown) and shredded sweetheart cabbage (free) stir-fried with soy sauce.
Not to be outdone by Veggie..............yellow sticker chicken stir-fry for me. Big Grin
Pheasant with a devilled white sauce with mash & veg
Cheese on toast with a jam sponge pudding and custard.
It'll be a quick microwave pud, 2oz of flour, butter, sugar and an egg. Zap for 3mins.
