BBQ pulled pork in a burger bun. Don’t know what with yet.
Smoked cod and veggie fish fillets with fries and green beans. Actually the veggie version of fish fillets weren't too bad but the smoked cod was tasteless. Rolleyes I know the stuff you get in the shops isn'r properley  smoked and just has smoke flavouring added. Angry I wonder whether I could buy proper smoked cod or haddock from a wet fish shop........if i could find one? Huh
Wonky jacket potato with cheese and Morries Savers baked beans (22p a tin, IIRC). They weren't bad actually.
Thinking of beans I've got a tin of Spiced Taco beans in tomato sauce thats been in the cupboard a while, I ought to do 'something' with that. Suggestions please.
Fold up in wraps cover with cheese and bake. Fill stand up taco shells. Put into a dish, break eggs into the top and bake. On toast. Mix with pasta, to name a few. I would probably end up eating them cold from the tin Smile
I like the baked eggs idea, thanks.
First I'll open the tin to see what the sauce is like, if it's yuck I'll rinse it of and chuck the beans in a soup or stew.
Chicken Kiev with roasted skins on baby spuds and broccoli.
Sweet Potato Katsu Curry - "Panko coated, fried sweet potato wedges with sticky rice and coconut curry sauce".
Would I pay £3.50 for it? No, although it was very tasty and an absolute bargain for 35p. Big Grin

Or search for a smoker - there surely must be one fairly near? It's ridiculously cheap if you buy a whole box which holds a couple of kilos. It freezes so well and is so versatile Smile
Toad in the hole, carrots, kale/sprouts with french beans and peas from the freezer. Will be making scones while the ovens on.
