I'll be eating leftovers from last night (pasta with pesto and courgettes). May add some mangetout tonight for a change and another free meal.
Cheese on toast followed by rice pud and raspberry jam.

Exactly my thoughts too. I like the challenge of concocting a meal from the stuff that other people don't want to buy - and, if its free, that's even more of an incentive.
I've just resurrected a spiralizer that I bought, yellow stickered in Morries several years ago and turned 3 courgettes into "courgetti". Not sure what I'll do with them now!
