I have a glut of onions and its Meatles Monday today so what better meal than Onion Bhaji's? Huh

I used this recipe https://www.asaucykitchen.com/onion-bhajis/ and they turned out very tasty. I had no fresh chilli's so used chilli flakes instead. To dip them in I just knocked up a curry sauce. Smile
Blueberries +banana and cream for afters! Cool
B Stewed Blackberries & Apple
L. Olive Ciabatta, toast.
D. Leftover Fish pie (38p) and veg, with sugar snap peas.

Probably another sourdough bun later.
Total 38p
Left over tomato and coconut curry from Thursday, with leftover grilled aubergine and spuds from Friday, left over cooked beetroot tops from yesterday, all lobbed in a pan with extra tomato, onion, chilli, ginger, garlic and trombo, some lime juice and fish sauce, cooked through and served on rice. Phew, I can get into the fridge again!!
Chicken curry & rice.
Steak, little spuds with their skins on roasted with onions & peppers in a little olive oil, salt & pepper.
With a mix of carrots, runner beans & peas.
Pork peanut and red thai curry with jasmine rice with homegrown trombo thrown in
