More of my famous chicken curry and rice along with a garlic and coriander nan

Some vegan "No chicken" satay kebabs with peanut sauce and the last of the quinoa.
The kebabs weren't very nice - won't buy those again even if they are yellow stickered.
Dogs liked them.

Slow cooker white bean and sausage casserole with crusty bread.

The beans are dried runners from the plot.

Veggie stir fry with rice this evening.
My frozen french beans and peas.

Honey and mustard baked ham, a ham joint leftover from the Christmas splurge that needs cooking and eating .

Last night we had Chinese!! First for a very longtime....we never have takeaways.

Son No2.is here as his holiday plans were cancelled so we made dinner together. It was lovely.
Chicken and Chinese mixed veg
Duck in a hoisin type of sauce
Spicey Prawn rice noodle dish.
Thai sticky rice with egg, spring onion and peas.
It was delicious - but the fun we had was the best bit.

Hot smoked salmon risotto.
