Served with a leaf salad and, as I thought (mistakenly) that it woudn't be filling enough I added a chopped tin of Spam.
Pasta and meatballs in a Tom sauce.
Two Yellow sticker veggie burgers (40p), Sugar snap peas (free) potatoes (garden)
Another almost free meal.
Good yellow sticker evening last night at Morries & Tesco. Total spend £2.75 and enough food to last me three days.
Today will be a £5.00 chicken Tikka Masala rich cream chicken curry tray purchased for 50p with the addition of a microwave rice pouch! (undr a £1.00)
Yellow sticker salmon fillet (38p for 2) and last night's leftover garden potatoes. Grapes to follow.
Total cost 19p.

Roasted pheasant ( caught by breeze yesterday on his afternoon walk ) and all home grown veggies.
Spuds, tromboncino, carrots, broccoli, broccoli leaves & beetroot leaves.
