Roast chicken in the pressure cooker today, with the best home made gravy ever, along with mash, carrots, broccoli and peas. No new veggies today.

Made  a bit  of room in the freezer by having a small portion each of homemade lasagne,chilli & rice.

Finishing of yesterday’s Lamb casserole.

Chicken wings, chips and Coleslaw.

B. Yogurt, Granola (10p) and a plum
L. Seeded loaf toast with Aubergine dip and mixed salad leaves
D. Stilton and cranberry pinwheel things with coleslaw, beetroot and salad leaves
A big gooey sourdough pastry

23p yellow sticker chinese stir fry with added chicken and bacon cooked in the wok with a sweet chilli & garlic sauce!  Very tasty!

Veggie burgers, homemade hummus, carrot/celery sticks, mixed lettuce, land cress, toms, and assorted pickles.

L. Granary bread and jam sandwich
Sourdough chocolate doughnut
D. Mushrooms, onions and a tin of tomatoes, made into a sauce, with penne pasta.

Couldn't be bothered today.....Sausage and homemade wedges, roasted with rosemary and garlic. Was delicious...

Busy day working so It was blue Peter chilli ( one we made earlier from the freezer)
