Making a batch load of lentil ragu today, will use some tonight in either a spag bol or lasagne.

Curry - a beetroot one, a hot pumpkin and coconut one (fry dried coconut with onion, chilli, ginger, mustard seeds & turmeric then add cooked mashed pumpkin), daal and rice.

Love a lentil ragu, cook it long enough or reheat it and you don't quite miss the meat!

Jacket potato, white Cheshire cheese and Coleslaw - all yellow stickered of course.

Yellow stickered leek, mushroom and brie filo pie, roast homegrown honeyboat squash, mashed parsnip, home grown carrots, leftover cabbage and courgettes. The pie was very nice but wouldn't pay full price for it. Might try making one with the filo I have in the freezer.

Crunchy nut cornflakes for the second night running   .

Not really, just incredible disorganised & lazy in the kitchen department   .
