Chicken & chips

Chilli burgers, brocolli and curly fries.

Toad in the hole this evening with kale, sprouts, carrots and peas.

Not my usual Sunday dinner but I have curried chicken thighs that need using up. Will have with swede,carrots,smll spuds,red cabbage and sugar snap peas. Should be colourful on the plate if nothing else.

Roast chicken and the usual suspects

Roast lamb for me and Em, and roast beef for his highness who doesn't like lamb, with roast salt and vinegar roast potatoes, swede and leeks. Two types of gravy too. And lots of mint jelly on my plate. Yum.

Red Thai chicken & veg curry with rice.

Tortellini minestrone soup this evening.

My kale and french beans and herbs.

Yesterdays leftover veg with mince fortified with onions and mushrooms.

Yellow sticker salmon fillet, wonky jacket spud with mushy yellow peas.
