The scallops or Macaroni cheese?
I don't like the american packets of mix, stir and serve type things - gross. But I like proper home made macaroni cheese.
Scallops - yum yum.

Never had macaroni cheese before.
nothing comes out of a packet , well 98% of the time.
.
I've been advised to try pork mince but I have no idea how I will use it today? Probably boil it up with a diced onion and stock cube and have with either rice or chips!
Failing that I suppose I will have to google it!
Tried turkey mince once but wasn't impressed.
Just had a quick scout on google and quite fancy a rendition of this recipe without a couple of the ongredients!

Yellow sticker (Y/S) Salmon fillet with a mango & lime glaze (included with some Y/S Thai pork steaks that someone else was eating) and some root veg mash (free) and a banana (free).
Ribeye steak, asparagus and mixed veg.
(Wanted Brisket, but it's no longer a cheap cut of meat and takes forever to cook anyway.)
Cajun style beef curry & rice.
Y/S Spring rolls and prawn toasts with a sweet chilli dip. Followed by Y/S "Hand decorated chocolate Celebration cake" reduced from £15 to £1.50. No way could I leave that on the shelf.
Don't know about you but "Hand decorated" is more off-putting than tempting. I imagine big, grubby hands with dirty fingernails leaving fingerprints all over the chocolate coating. Maybe it started out as white iced?? Won't stop me eating it though.
Meatless Monday so chilli halloumi burgers for breckie with a slice of carrot cake that was just calling to me!
Tonight, more veggies of some description!
Tacos made with finely diced beef instead of mince.
