YS individual chicken and leek pie/sweet potato, butternut and feta tart with veg from the garden. We couldn't decide who would have what so we had half each.

Last night was Asian style salmon with rice.

Traditional Sunday dinner of Garlic & Herb Spatchcock chicken with carrots,swede,brocolli and small potatoes.

He’s having lamb chops with egg fried rice
I’m just having egg fried rice

B. Yogurt, grapes & granola (5p)
L. Taramasalata, sourdough toast and salad leaves
D. No Chicken sweet & sour with tofu fried rice

Total cost - 5p

Today I will have the other half of the spatchcock chicken I had yesterday.I will probably make soup with the remaining veg from yesterday and have chips with the chicken. Smile

Yesterday and today its a beef and veg casserole todays only needs reheating.
