Pheasant tacos.
It worked considerably better than I thought it would. Definitely going to be having those again.
Followed by carrot cake.
Afternoon tea at my friends' house consisting of Platinum jubilee lemon and amaretto trifle (awesome), cake, brownies, scones and all the goodness!!

Then barbeque with chicken two ways, beef sausage (south african), coronation pasta, garlic potatoes, bulgur salad, so stuffed at this point!

A minty chocolate, coconut caramel condensed milk type pudding - filled up to the roof of my mouth at this point LOL

Salad for a week now.
Bangers n mash with onions. Smile
Jacket potatoes, chilli, salad, pitta breads with chutney and pickles.

A Tuna pasta bake this evening.
Meatless Monday, so egg n chips with fried halloumi. Smile
Tabbouleh and grilled chicken. Payback for the gorging on Saturday lol
Yellow Sticker king prawns (nice) in a "Fiery Jalapeno crust" (not so nice). Ended up digging the prawns out of the crust and dunking them in mayonnaise to cool them down. Had them with 2 sliced and fried courgettes (the best bit of the meal).Big Grin
