Reduced price Birdseye cod coated with pumpkin seeds? Huh Not the prettiest of fish but at £1.00 for two fillets , can't compalin Rolleyes . Had it with fat chips and steamed brocolli. Whenever shopping I always buy a cheap calabrese head and had built up quite a few in the fridge, so needed to whittle down the excess! Big Grin
Yesterday was South Indian Curry Cod bake from Waitrose £7.35 or to me, FREE.

Tonight 2 Waitrose Scottish salmon mini-burgers (£5.10 for 6) and some home cooked wonky mashed potatoes and carrots. All FREE apart from the sack of yellow sticker spuds.
Having sampled Waitrose food I can see that its better quality and more original than Morries but sooooooo expensive. You get what you pay for (or don't pay for).
Last night was a very quick & very late steak sandwich.
Tonight we’re having Cumberland sausage hotdog / wrap medley type thing!
Last night was the remainder of the Waitrose salmon burgers with courgettes (All FREE)
Tonight, 2 Plant-It burgers (yellow stickered to 40p) and courgettes (40p meal).
Yesterday garlic rosemary lamb with roast veg, kale, carrots and peas.
We're having the same again today.
Paella............until I remebered it was 'Meatless Monday' Sick so I gave Kato the bits of chicken in it! Rolleyes
Roast beef, roast spuds, veg & gravy.
No Yorkshire puddings unfortunately, no eggs in the house!
