Been giving a bit of thought while walking dog and as I have smoked fish and I need a nutrient high food for my OMAD I think kedgeree is the way to go! Cool

I'm using this recipe because I have all the ingredients to hand! Smile

Smoked fish is either kedgeree or with mash and peas and other veg.
My smoked fish was Hake! Smile  I had no idea what a hake looked like but after watching this vid will be happy to buy and eat it in the future! Rolleyes

I've often made kedgeree with those smoked mackerel fillets in a boil in the bag bag that are often yellow stickered.

I'd be surprised if you were surprised. Big Grin
Yellow sticker Salmon fillet mixed into some noodles with added dehydrated chard/spinach and a dash of soy sauce.
Having eaten noodles for 3 nights running I'm going to give the 4th/last pot to Mrs Bronwen Brownhen and tell her its worms. Big Grin

My chooks used to love spagetti! Smile
A starter of scallops followed by Macaroni cheese. Is it odd that I’ve never had that before?
