Slow cooked diced pork loin and apple with piri piri skin-on fries. plus mixed veg.

Yellow sticker Fish Pie and mangetout.

Spaghetti with onion, garlic, asparagus, tuna & capers.

Yellow stickered Peri-Peri half chicken I got for under a squid!

Dunno what to have with it yet as I had Peri-Peri skin on fries yesterday which nearly set my mouth on fire!  Probably some form of rice to cool the heat down a bit!

He’s having braised pig cheeks in a mustard & honey sauce with mash & peas.
I’m having asparagus, black pudding & poached egg again.

I used to get them from Morrisons when in London

Yellow stickered pizza bases with a pasta sauce with pepperoni in it as the base, then chicken slices, pepperoni, peppers, onion, sweetcorn and lots of cheese on top.
And I had yellow stickered garlic mushrooms (Jay can't stand mushrooms - good for me, I get them all) as a side.

Yesterday veggie stirfry and rice. This evening Ham eggs and chips. Fishfinger and salad cob at lunch time.
